Couple in two different counties. One on parole
My fiancé is on probation. We are a christian couple and don't believe in living together before marriage. The problem is we live in two different counties. First his parole officer let him come over occasionally to spend the night. Now she won't and gave him a curfew and is threatening an ankle collar. Is this legal? What can we do?

Has he broken some of the probation requirements ?

What countries are you in, different rules for France or England or Iran than in perhaps the US

He has not. He has followed all the rules thus far. And we are in two different counties not countries. Its just starting to wear thin on our relationship and our faith.

There should be no rule for them to be allowed to travel, or even ask permission to travel anywhere within their own state, unless the court has ordered them to be under very close probation

    Hello k:

That's the exact question to ask the judge. He doesn't have to do it perfectly.
