My rights to my stepmother property?
My issue is that my mother died when I was 3 months old and my dad got married again, my dad is like a puppet of my stepmom and my dad has transferred everything all property on my stepmother's name and now after my marriage she has asked me to leave the home so can I claim anything legally or any other way?

Unless your step mom adopted you, then you have no claim on her estate. You need to have a conversation with your father about this, but if he doesn't do anything you have no legal recourse. He's allowed to do whatever he wants with his property.

Unless you can prove she tricked him or exercised duress in getting him to transfer all his property. But this may be difficult to prove.

Finally, you said she "asked" you to leave now that you are married. That's normal. Married couples usually start their own households.
