    I Have to loose 20 lbs
    Okay So I'm 14 5'7 and I weigh 180 I want To Be 20 lbs Less and I only have a month untiul school - is it possible ?

    It's possible but unrealistic, and if you do it wrong your hair might fall out. Plan on 4 lbs a week tops. You will have to exercise, running is good, for an hour a day, and eat only small amounts of very healthy food. Not one sweet or fry or hamburger or butter or ice cream or pizza.

    It's always best to talk to your doctor before you start an exercise program, or a diet. Your doctor can also help set up a plan for you that's safe.

    Twenty pounds in a month is not healthy. It didn't take you a month to gain that weight, so don't expect to lose it in that time.

    Talk to your doctor or a licensed nutritionist to get you on a plan that will be healthy for you.

    It is a unrealistic goal, and not healthy if you did achieve it, with good chance of gaining it plus back on.

    Weight needs to be loss slowly and properly, change your eating habits, increase exercise

    Thanks And I Will Try my Best To Loose Weight The right way Because I Dnt Want My Hair Falling Of - And ontop of that ill Look Unhealthy More than Healthy
