Where should we marry so that it is legal in the UK?
I am a UK citizen and my boyfriend is a US citizen. We would like to get married and for my boyfriend to come and stay in the UK. We are aware of the Visa Process but wonder the UK Border's Agency would prefer us to be married in the UK or US. We were thinking about making plans to marry in Canada. We are also aware of the documents we need to get married in another Country so that's not a problem. Can anyone help please?
