Please clarify what you mean. I can only assume you want to have your browser launch, direct you to a specific site, and log you in. Correct?

To my knowledge, you're not going to be able to create a batch file that will type into a website for you. Perhaps one to launch a browser to a specified website (where you can just have your username and password saved by the browser or similar such situation).

More details are needed such as:
    - What OS are you using (Windows 7, Vista, etc)?
    - What browser are you using (Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 4, etc)?
    - What website are you trying to do this with?
