Stressed out- personal relationships and self suffering
It's summer break! Everything is supposed to be relaxing and lazy. Unfortuanately my summer has been just the opposite.
I have been so busy! Everyday I wake up at 7:00 to do my job for for an hour, then I have class from 9-12, and then another class from 1-4, then math tutoring from 5-6, then fencing from 7:30-9:00. I am exhausted and stressed out. I am only 14 and I feel like I'm carrying the schedule of someone much older. I have no time to hang out with my friends or my boyfriend or just relax and listen to music or something to calm down. I feel like my life is slowly falling apart. My boyfriend and I now text more than we see each other and every time we do hang out there is no physical contact because (I think) my busy schedule is pulling us apart. I also am having a hard time being myself when I am stressed out. In addition, my friends have stopped calling me because they know that every time they call to hang out I will be busy. The calendar hanging in my room is a mess of crossed out and highlighted things to do and arrows pointing everywhere. I'm terrified that this is only going to worsen when school starts in less than a month because of homework.
I feel worst about my relationship though. It sounds petty but on Facebook my boyfriend ignores me and in the real world he never initiates physical contact (not even holding hands!). I initiate some but I feel like that is much more something I should be seeing him do this point in the relationship. (three months). I am shy (and possibly) he is even shy-er. But... it's just a little bit odd.
Whenever I do hang out with my friends I have a great time but I'm worried that they think I'm blowing them off all of the time because of my schedule. They have been very nice and supportive to me but just slowly starting to call and make plans less often. I don't blame them... often the planmaking takes longer than the actual time that we hang out.
I'm just looking for ideas that I can de-stress myself and become a more organized person (mentally and physically) before I start high-school in the fall. I'm not looking to anyone to solve my problems but merely suggest things I could try and help me make sense of this apparent mess.
Thank you so much! All suggestions are hugely appreciated!

HEy is sounds like you need to take a hot shower or just take a break for a day or so... Go to a pool near where you live and call your friends and your boyfriend and invite them to come! :) Or go for a drive with them... Take a deep breath and stop over thinking everything:) Every time you feel stressed out just breath and think about something peacefull:)

I had this type of thing happen to me during the school year and that's what I did:) It seemed to help and now I'm just bored all the time! Lol! :)
