Lennox hs 29-030-1p

Hello-

I have a lennox hs29-030-1p ac that stopped working. I turned the unit off & flipped all the breakers and waited an hour before I turned it back on... cold air started to come out, BUT the FAN on the OUTSIDE unit was not spinning. I turned the unit back off and am now wondering what sort of trouble shooting tips anyone may have. Is there a fuse connected to the fan?
