Swelling in the Virginia not on the lips but inside. And its painful

I'm having a swelling in the Virginia not on the lips but inside. And its sort of hurting to I guess thr is water filled inside. Could you please give me a remedy is this cause of the white discharge? Cause I have heavy white discharge
