    STEP ONE: CALL THE VET

    Can she drink, eat, go to the bathroom, walk, is she panting, whimpering, is her belly swollen, could she have eaten a toy or garbage? (Answer after you call the vet and only if you aren't bundling the poor dog into your car about now.)
