    Be lucky and have a great attorney. To do this, most likely they have little real evidence and not a strong case and you would have a top attorney.

    Of course all of this takes place before court

    I thought we covered this in an earlier thread... Besides, didn't we hear that you ALREADY "accepted" a felony?? IF you've already been to court and plead guilty, you can't change it - EVER!

    If that's NOT the case, please explain exactly where in the case you are so we can help.
