    Marriage to husband of step sister
    Assalam-0-alaikum
    If you have a brother in law who is husbnd of your step sister.he divorce her and your father is no more.Can a girl marry such ex brother in law.

    A brother in law is not a blood relation, but if you are wondering about the laws of Islam, talk to your local imam and family. Your family as well as his family may find this very upsetting and you need to be prepared for that. (And what about your poor stepsister?? )

    I think it is best not to unless you are truly serious and your family are considering it but think about other peoples perspectives first and then reconsider this after you have thought about the situation
