    Of course, pay for it in cash, get a loan.

    There are no real "grants" to buy anyone a home. Some local areas have down payment help, but it will depend on many factors and there are no universal rules who can get it

    As long as you have the downpayment and can get a loan from a bank you should have no problem buying a home. If you want to pay cash, then you really don't have any problem buying a home.
