I just started my own business and don't really know how much to charge I have to make a bid on a doctors office that consists of 17 separate rooms and 4 bathrooms I have to move everything and the total square footage is 2068 I could really use some help:confused:

Pricing in the end is always your own decision.

I can only reference what we charge as an average:

$0.27 per sq ft X 2068 sq ft = $558.00 Includes everything up to 4 coats of finish after complete stripping.

This is based upon relatively good VCT. If conditions are not good ie: tile is broken, extremely worn, floor very uneven, etc conditions warrant additional cost.
