    I need to know how much time does a apartment manager have to give a tenant to move out of an apartment?

    The judge will determine your tenant move out date at the time of the eviction hearing. No eviction hearing and no signed Order from the judge? Then you need to wait for the Order of Eviction.

    You need to follow the procedure for proper legal eviction in your state to get the tenant out.
