    Creda tumble dryer
My tumble dryer is not working properly. It dried a load this morning but was quite squeaky and sounded like something was rubbing. It then stopped and a smell came from the machine. Any help to fix it would be appreciated

There could be a sock or something small stuck between the tumbler and the machine body. Check that first.

If it does not tumble any more, the belt may be broken. Call a Creda repairman.

I had one of those dryers and stuff kept getting stuck. Finally the belt broke. Because I live in the states in a low populated area, there wasn't anyone around who could get hold of a belt or knew how to fix the machine. Had to buy an American product.

    Hope this helped.
