    When will my obgyn schedule my c section
    I am almost 35 weeks pregnant with twins. I'm experiencing pre term labor and dilated 4 cm. Baby a is transverse and baby b is breech.

    It might happen anytime. How far along do you measure? Its not the same as how much time in the pregnancy.

    I'm 80 % effaced I've been on bedrest for the past 2 months due to the thinning of my cervix. I went from 0 cm to 4 cm in 5 days. I've been on procardia for 7 days to stop my contractions

    Many facilities will not schedule a c/s this early for any reason. The only way you are going to get one this early would be to go to the hospital in active labor.
