I want to give Instant download facility to my customer to download small books from my wensite, for that I need to add download facility in my website, could you guide me is there free softwear provider of it.

You can do this without any extra software. First consideration should be the format of the book. Everyone can access plain text. If you are dealing with people that have various word processors or unix or mac then consider pdf format.

Send the files to your site via ftp. Then give your client the address of the site in an email.
Incude it the instructions download method Rt click on a file and select Save Target As

The above site location can even be a folder within a web site instruction To limit access to the folder change its name after a set time or remove it
