I need help I have three small bumps in the bottom of the tip of my pe hole and it not on the head it under it. I also must confess that I do masturbate at least 4 times a day and this is embarrassing to say but I rarely shower . And I'm scared to tell my parents ad I've had these strange bumps for four years now and I'm scared to tell my parents ! What should I do

First, shower daily. You can develop skin irritations from not bathing.

Second, your masturbation is a bit excessive. You could be irritating the skin.

It would be helpful to know if you are sexually active. Genital warts are very common, unfortunately. This could be your problem. You really need to see a doctor though. If you can't say that you need to see a doctor because of bumps on your genitals, understandably, make something up like that you're having stomach pains - just something that will get you to the doctor, then tell the doctor the problem.

Depending on your age, perhaps you can take yourself to a clinic or call the doctor without your parent's involvement?
