It's all different from person to person I'm afraid, but yes all those things can happen during a period and it's completely normal. If it is unbearable it is advisable to go see a doctor about it though.

I can only describe how the cramps are to me. It feels sort of like a metal band being squeezed around your abdomen, it's all tense and taut. Bit difficult to describe really.

    Hate the period </3
I remember when I had my period one time in school I had to go to the clinic. I had a headache, cramps that hurt so bad it felt like knives stabbing me. And I was sweating. I felt cold, but when I covered myself I was all hot. Im used to all those feelings. IVe heard that if you walk around barefoot in the cold, that when you get your period, it worsens the cramps. I decided to test it out. I wore socks and/or shoes during all the time I was off it. And when I got it, I had one minor cramp. A little cramp. And the rest, nice even flow. No cramps. Nothing. :D

I get really sick like that on my period and I get pain like you would not believe. You can literally find my crying on the floor. My step mom always tells me " now you get up and excercise and that will take away some of that there pain you got." SOmetimes it wrks so Id try doing some exercise and if you can get some one to massage your ankles and the bottoms of your feet and your calves.
