    Chapped lips
    I have chap lips during the summer and I use chapstick, but it doesn't seem to go away... why?

    Maybe dehydration? I've noticed if I don't drink enough water my lips get chapped. Or maybe it's the chapstick you're using. Maybe it's time to try a new brand.
