Hi I am 23 I have been wearing the same bra on the same hook on the same strap length for ages and recently it has be really tight so I asked my fiancée what he thought and he said they felt heavier so I went to a bra shop and got a bigger bra which fits better now, I also need to pee a lot, am very tired all the time, have no sex drive and I got cramps the other day which normally happens the same day as my period but it never came and I also have the mirena in me and I have not gained weight or changed my diet or how much I eat, what wrong with me, please help?

Yes, you can get pregnant with the Mirena. Remember there is no form of birth control that is 100% effective aside from abstinence.

Have you taken a HPT yet? If not, it might be a wise thing to do. Remember to use first morning urine.

First morning urine provides the highest concentration of HCG, the pregnancy hormone, so you are less likely to get a false negative if you test in the morning.

I have the mirena so I hardly ever get a pieriod now I tought I was coming a few days ago but it didn't

You can take a HPT now, if negative wait a week and test again. If still negative you might want to consult your doctor.
