    I'm in a chapter 13 bk in ca. I have a writ of possession against me,I was I bk when
    This judgement in 09.Will they have to redo the writ? Its been over 2 yrs.Will they have to go bk court and have the stay lifted?

    Ok, was the judgement ( debt) included in your bankrutpcy ?

    Are you still in the chapter 13, and current with payments ?

    Are you planing to continue with the chapter 13 ?

    They can not enforce the judgement since you are in bankruptcy.

    When it was entered,I was in Bankruptcy inj6/09 and the judgement was entered 7/9/09 and it was amended into my bk.Yes I"m still in the chapter 13 and the payments are current.Is it true that in the state ca, a write of possession is valid for 180 days? And would they have to start the process over again.I received a notice from the sheriff dept.I wasn"t notified of a court date.

    I guess why would they have a reason to "start it all over " Are you planning on defaulting on the bankrptcy
