What to do for foot pain
I have been having pain in my right foot for several months now and it usually is really bad when I first get out of bed in the morning, I can't hardly walk. It also hurts if I have been on my feet for a while or I sit and then get up, I can't hardly walk again. Lately I have had pain shooting up my leg too. I don't know what to do. What do you think it is?

It could be a lot of things from gout to a stress fracture to a sprain, etc. You really need to see a doctor because your complaint is so general, nobody could really give you reliable advice based on your post.

It could be vascular too, since it's so bad when you stand up in the morning.
You may have a tough time getting a diagnosis, however, without visible symptoms. Sometimes a pinched nerve is just a pinched nerve, with no underlying disease or injury.
