Huh? Please use parentheses to group terms. I wonder if you meant this:

$<br /> \frac {x + \frac 5 {2x}} {3x - \frac 2 {3x^2}}<br />$

Or maybe this:

$<br /> \frac {( \frac {x + 5} {2x})} {( \frac {3x - 2} {3x^2})}<br />$

Once you clarify this for us, you then need to tell us what it is you're trying to do - simplify it perhaps?
