    tracybell, you have posted in the right forum, so guess you are pregnant and wondering about this. No, if you are having trouble sleeping while pregnant, I would not take tylenol PMS. You should seek an holistic alternative to your problem.

    Do you normally have trouble sleeping when not pregnant?

    If your pregnant I would ask my doctor , like Tickle said he might give you something, that's not harmful .Tylenols not good for your liver .
