    I-751 Interview?
    If you were thrown out the house by your wife before the renewal of your conditional permernent residence expiration date and your wife is treating you with devorce how is that person going to remove the condition from that green card

    You can file I-751 waiver as long as you can prove you entered the marriage in good faith. This must be done within 90 days before expiration date. Consult experienced immigration attorney. Good luck.
