    Did the depression just begin or has this been an ongoing issue? Please give more details. Of course the easiest answer would be to seek out therapy and possibly medication such as an anti-depressant but do you have coverage to cover the costs? Some areas have counties that will assist with costs of medications or therapy and if a psychiatrist prescribes a medication ask about free samples,etc. But, for us to assist, more details are needed and more people than you know are struggling with the same issues.

    Depression is the result of stifled emotions. Try to tell us what those emotions are, and where they come from. Hurt, anger, sadness are the main ones.

    If you were forced into a profession you never wanted and had an arranged marriage you don't like, you are in a culture I am not familiar with. Tell us about that if that is the case for you.
