Roommate has TB - I think active
Hello, I just got a new roommate a few weeks ago and he coughs frequently and I hear him coughing up phlegm frequently. Also he doesn't look healthy. I have found out that he has TB. How concerned should I be about living in a basement apartment with him?"

Is he under a doctor's care? (He should be.) How do you know it's TB? What country are you in?

    Hello Wonder Girl,
I just talked to him about it and it's a total false alarm. No TB. Thank you for responding though. It was very nice of you.
