Can someone please help. I'm at a loss as to what to write. I'm currently working for a hotel and the GM has asked me to come up with an email that he can send to travel companies once they have been to the hotel for a site inspection. He is trying to be proactive after they leave so that they will remember the hotel.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

I would be brief.

Start by thanking them very much for visiting your hotel and you hope their stay want delightful.

If they have any suggestions they would be very much appreciated.

Tell them that the customer's comfort and needs are foremost to your hotel and repeat business is very important. Thus their satisfaction is vital.

Please consider another stay with us in the near future so we may have another opportunity to again show you how important you are to us as are all our customers.
