Removing peeling paint from brick house
We are renting a beautiful brick home that is about 65 years old. The house was painted at least 10 years ago though and the paint is peeling in most places. It looks awful. Is there an economical and safe way to remove this paint or at least remove the flakes? Since we're just renters we don't want to invest a lot of money but are willing to invest some to get it looking presentable for now.
    Thanks

Provided it isn't lead based paint, renting a pressure washer is the most economical way to remove paint from brick. Before you do anything I would make sure the landlord doesn't object to you doing this kind of work.
