Sick english bulldog puppy
Good day,
My english bull puppy( Rocco) have heart problems and the vet said that he will live only 4 years. That kills me, so attach to it, so great friend. What should I do? Is he going to suffer for 4 years, struggle to breath, sudden death or what? I am lost and very upset about the whole thing, not fair. Help please, advise

You can give you and he the best four years ever, can't you ? He will have to take it easy, but perhaps a second opinion would be in order and don't give up hoping that he will be comfortable and happy. I would be upset too.

Life isn't fair - that's the first rule.
The only person who can tell you what your dog's life will be like, if he will suffer, is your Vet.
Did you ask for a recommendation?

Did your vet explain what type of heart problem your dog has? Maybe the more you understand it, the better his chances are. No it is not fair to know that your loved ones are sick, and I am sorry and deeply feel for you. I never thought the loss of my dog would affect me the way it has, but it really is like losing a child. So, my heart goes out to you.
Unfortunately we can't tell you if Rocco will suffer or not, with out knowing what type of heart disease he has, there are no answers we can provide for you.

I second getting a second opinion.
Realize that no one can put a time expectancy on life. Your vet said 4 years, but that doesn't meant that 4 years to the day your dog will die. It could be less, it could be more. Live each day to the fullest and enjoy every moment.
Get another opinion, I'd go to a natural vet, someone that treats pets with natural products, like herbs, acupuncture etc. I've had great success with that, a 16 year old dog with epilepsy and daily seizures (up to 20 a day) cured with just green beans, seizure free for 9 years.
Getting another opinion won't hurt. If this is indeed fatal, trying alternate medications, or alternative medication, isn't going to hurt.
Good luck.

I agree with the second opinion but I don't see that the Vet gave a "first opinion" about the quality of life. OP seems to be confusing human heart problems and canine heart problems, and they are somewhat different.
