How can I hide belly piercing from my parents?
Um I want to go get piercing with my friend and my mom doesn't accept of it so I'm going to do it behind her back and I want to know how I can hide it except for hiding it with a long shirt!!

So you're asking how to hide a belly button ring while still wearing revealing clothing (re: "how i can hit it except for hiding it with a long shirt")?
Really, short of wearing a shirt that covers your navel, I don't see how you can hide it.
How old are you? Where/by whom are you getting this piercing done?

If you want to LOSE ALL respect and trust from your parents then go for it...
Otherwise, well you know what that entails..

As curlyben rightly said, if you want to lose all respect from your parents then get your belly button pierced behind their backs but trust me, it won't work out in your favour.
No decent piercer/piercing shop will pierce someone who (I presume) is under the age of 16/18 depending on your state/county/country. Why don't you just wait and discuss it with your mum, explain to her why you want it and pros and cons and consequences. If she still says no then it's a no I'm afraid.
What's the rush in getting a belly piercing anyway? To make you look "hot" or "cool".. piercings rarely go out of fashion, they'll still be in fashion when you're old enough to get it on your own.

Why get something done that you can't be proud of and show off? Why pay that money to have to hide it? Just wait until you have permission and then go for it. If you get it done and try to hide it she will find out. Trust me. She is a mother. You will get comfortable with it and one day forget it's there. Then bang, she will see it. Just respect your mothers wishes. I am sure its not life or death that you can't just wait a bit longer to get it done.

If you aren't ready to listen to your parents and be patient, you aren't ready to take care of a piercing.
You can hide it with long shirts, but piercings do need to breath and being covered up all the time is definitely not good for the piercing.
Also think of this. You get the piercing, and BAM, infection from the heavy clothes you're wearing to hide it! You now have to tell your mum about your now infected piercing that she told you not to get in the first place. My advice, wait.
