    How would you make an entry showing that u have received fees for $2500

    What kind of Fees?
    Simple entries would suggest the following:
    Dr. Cash $2,500 - asset account
    Cr. Service Fees/Revenue $2,500 - income statement account

    DEBIT CASH AND CREDIT FEES ACCOUNT.

    CASH 2,500
    FEES 2,500
