Ok I am a 23 year old african american female. At age 15 I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian symdrome (PCOS) and the only two symptoms I have ever experienced was irregular periods and the most embarrassing is hirsutism (excess hair) I have hairy arms, hair on my back but worst of all I have hair on my face under my chin and neck. So of course I have to shave like almost everyday but over time I developed discoloration of my skin I guess which are hair bump scars and now it's pretty obvious that I have to shave. It's not bumpy but there are little scars there. I guess my question is what product can I use to make my skin even toned and get rid of the scars and how do I stop the growth under my chin... Please help. It makes me so insecure.
