    The law for unlawful entry on your property
    I am on parole, i would like to know if i caught someone on my property,to what extent do i have to protect my property?

    You can call the police, you can ask them to leave.

    In the US each state has different rules but in most, you are not allowed to use any level of force to merely protect property.

    If and only if you are personally in danger may you use force.

    When in the use of force, they will review if you had other choices as to calling the police.
    And being on parole you will be assumed partially guility first till you prove yourself innocent.

    What property, who is the person stealing and so on
