    Daughter mother moving guys in,
    My daughters mom keeps moving in with guys or having guys move in with her that she dates, my daughter is 3 years old and in the last three years she has lived with three different men, we have a 50 50 custody agreement court ordered, so I can not just keep my daughter and not let her see her, what can I do to stop this craziness I do not even know these guys, and 90 percent of child abuse is from boyfriends and step fathers, seriously I am scared one of these guys are going to fall in the percentile.

    Seriously, where did you get those statistics?

    Go to Court, PROVE that the mother's behavior is endangering the welfare of your child and get custody.

    In NY moving men in and out of the house will not cause a woman to lose custody. Does she have bad judgment? Possibly. Is she unfit? Not in the eyes of the law.
