    How do I find out about a will that has been read
    Do I need to be present for the reading and do I have to sign any documents ,

    Depends on whether you are a beneficiary of the will. The "reading" of the will is not a legal necessity. You need to check with your local probate court to see if it has been filed.

    How do u go about finding out if you are the beneficiary of the will if has not been
    And how do you find out if you been left any inheritance of a will that could have been intercepted by fraud

    Limit your question to only one thread please.

    Has a probate case been filed? Check the court file to determine if a will was filed.

    If not, and you don't know if there was a will, it will be hard to prove a will, absent a copy or other convincing evidence.

    Go to the Court that probates Wills in your area and ask.
