    Fisrt time felony?
    OK I never stolen anything in my life clean record. So I find a debit card and well I use it. I felt bad for doing so. So I turned myself in. but they don't take me to jail and just take a statement form me well I got my court date and I don't know what's going to happen to me. Will I do time?

    It would appear this is a criminal matter, not a Small Claims Court matter.

    Where are you? It is impossible to know what will happen next without knowing your location. How much (money) did you take?

    How did you "find" a debit card AND the PIN?
