I don't know
I don't know who the father is. I was drinking with some friends and it turned in to a huge party I don't remember being with any one, and 6 weeks later I found out I was pregnant. I am married now and we would like to have him on the birth certificate. What do I have to do to do this the legal way?

Nothing. If your married then he will be the presumed father of the child. As such he is the legal father. You don't have to do anything as far as it goes until challenged. Do you have any idea who the bio father is because in some states there is a limit to contest and in others it is unlimited until the child reaches age of majority.

Is the child already born or are you still pregnant? Where are you located?

There is a problem. My life insurance. He needs to be on the birth certificate. And he is military so he has to be on the birth certificate to add them as dependents.

This is not accurate. He only needs to be the legal father. This means, however, that he will have to adopt the twins. This is going to take some time, because you will have to make a good faith effort to find the father and identify him.
I suggest you start shopping around for an attorney today. Or check with the legal staff on the base, they may be able to help.
