    Title company errors?
I closed on a piece of property and now find out title co. missed that the house next door was listed as being on my property, delaying me from building on my property, causing me to have to rent

I don't see a question but if you are asking if they are liable, yes, they are.

Where is your Attorney's position in this?

    Did you purchase title insurance?

Normally an encroachment of this nature would not necessarily show what improvements are on the property.

And if a house is on your property but doesn't belong there, how did that delay your construction?

Yes can't see why that would delay, if you own the property.
