An illness that showed up two weeks ago and is progressing.. Hmmm... You need to take your dog to the vet.

Worms would never make a dog act like this, unless it was such a huge infestation, but I doubt it.

Shame on you for letting this pup get sicker and be miserable for two weeks. That's very bad dog ownership on your part. I hope your other puppies are vaccinated for Parvo/distemper, because that's probably what you have.

You still need to see a vet. These puppies need to be vaccinated, and they need to be checked. That's part of being a good owner.

Curious why you wormed this one, unless you did the others also. If you think these pups have or had worms, you need to take a sample of their BM to the vet to be tested. This is the only way to go about worming a dog, especially puppies... find out what worms they have, or don't have, and worm accordingly.

Just as a precaution, hookworms and roundworms are very common in puppies. You can see roundworms in the BM, look like spaghetti. You CAN NOT see hookworms. They suck blood from the intestinal walls and can cause a severe, if not fatal, anemia. It shows up quickly in usually one pup first, then in the others later. Their gums turn whitish, they get weak and don't eat, and quite often don't recover from this stage.

Take the stool sample (BM) to the vet for a testing. Do it SOON, like tomorrow?

How often have they been wormed?

Just for future reference worming starts at 2 weeks of age.
I agree with taking a stool sample into your vets, the fresher the sample the better but I would start collecting the day before your appointment (each sample in separate containers) and keeping chilled just in case you can't get one that morning.
