Defaulting on Line of Credit loan secured by house
    Hi!

I have a line of credit that is secured with my house. I owe the bank $200,000 and the house might get clear (after commission) $175,000. It is up for sale now. If I just give the bank back the keys and make sure the house bills (taxes, water misc) are current at the time, what do they do and how long does it usually take?

Also can they touch any of my RRSP's whether registerd or non registered?
