I don't know what's wrong with me, someone please help me.
I'm not BiPolar, well I'm not sure, but my mood suddenly changes and I get all sad\depressed\angry.
Like yesterday when I was talking to my best friend, I suddenly got very emotional\angery\sad, and started saying bull**** and being mean.
And now we're not talking, I'm the reason, the last thing I told her was, remember, your bestfriends a *****! what's wrong with me?
And I am also very insecure and HATE myself, for no good reason, I've cut before, but my best friend made me promise not to.
I am currently going through depression, but I've been depressed before, I didn't act like this.
Can you help me?

Well if your taking a medication for depression it might just be a side effec so if you are I would talk to a docter but I'm 13 too it might just be puberty I started when I was 12 and went through a lot of mood swings.

The best thing you can do is talk with a counselor on a regular basis. It may just be a teenage phase, but it still has serious consequences if you don't get a professional to talk to. Because you're only 13, professionals cannot diagnose you with something like bi-polar disorder. I was in a similar position as you when I was about your age, and let me tell you, without my counselor, I very well might have committed suicide. They give you someone to talk to, like you would a friend, but, unlike a friend they won't stop being there, they won't tell anyone your secrets unless your putting someone in danger and the advice they give you can save you're live, as well as many others.
