    Central air conditioner not working.
    My outside blower is working, fan is spinning. My inside blower is not working and ice is forming on the pipes.

    If you run it in this condition you will ruin the compressor. See if the inside blower wheel turns freely; if not then replace motor. Four things can be bad: the fan motor inside, the fan relay, the capacitor on motor, and the t-stat. Most likely you did not oil the motor and it failed. If locked up replace it and oil before installing it as they always need a few drops of special oil first. Replace capacitor with motor and make sure rotation is in direction fan blades are pointing: If you are looking at fan and blades are pointing to right then motor must turn them clockwise and vice versa. The fan relay has a coil and contacts. You test the coil with an ohm meter which should read a few k-ohms. The whole assembly slides out and can be tested in a few minutes at any parts house.
