Why do I need to reinstate my Ontario license, if I only want to exchange to Quebec?
I have paid my fine in order to lift the suspension on my Ontario Driver's License. I was told by the Ontario Provincial Offences Court that I need to return in 4 days to pay another fee to have my license reinstated. I no longer will be needing an Ontario license. Can I bypass this and visit SAAQ to exchange my license over to Quebec?

I recently got pulled over in Quebec, and blew over the legal limit. I was charged with DUI, and 90 day driving suspension. I also have a court date in a month or so. They did not take my license away. I have an ontario license, does that mean my drivers license is suspended in ontario?
