    If charged with a criminal offence in canada how long is a speedy tial?
    In a criminal case I know of this person keeps going to court but only to have another date to go back. Now the date for trial is almost a year since the charge was laid. Is there a limit to how long they have to wait? What is a speedy trial in Canada? Exactly how long is it considered a reasonable time to wait for trial; in Ontario, Canada?
