    Misc. Income
I received income from participating in 2 health clinical trials for medications and received under $100 since I did not qualify for the study. Is this reportable misc. income?

Any income is "reportable" but it is very likely they will report it on a 1099
So while you should report it, most likely the IRS will not know about it if you don't report it.
