If I can't pay my fines will I go to jail for 60 days or until your probation is over or which ever comes first?
Is there anyway to remove fines from your record without paying them? Got a driving with no insurance fine way back in 2000 and was wondering if there is a statue of limitations on it or any other way to get rid of it without paying it as I do not have the money and won't for many many more years.
