    Law and order episode I think
    I saw a law and order episode I think it was. This man was trapped somehow by train or subway train and the cops were talking to him but they knew that if the train was moved he would die . He was apparently pushed by someone with a compulsion to push people at tracks. It may have been a woman but I think it was a man that was trapped and I think the compulsive guy did push a woman at a later point
