    Can anyone help!?
    I got my licesen suspened for being under 21 having 0.02% alcohol level,I have been driving for three year never once had a tickt or been in trouble with the law. I plead guilty in court,but was wondering if I would be able to pettion this and try to get my license back?

    The judge might not do a blessed thing with your petition. Most judges don't willynilly grant d/l's to underage drinkers who were caught driving.. You'll just have to wait until your probation is over with, paid all your fines, go to an administrative hearing on your license OR get a pricey attorney to do all this for you and pay a hefty fee to them. You'll also have to pay an arm and a leg in reinstatement fees to get your license back.. Here in Ohio you'd be looking at $500+ in reinstatement fees even after doing probation, paying fines, etc..

    The judge can't give your license back to you. Only the DMV can at an administrative hearing.
